On November 10, 2008, Dr. Bronson was elected as president of the Baptist Ministers Conference of Baltimore and Vicinity. On Monday, January 5th, 2009, the installation service took place at the New Christian Memorial Church. This “Great Conference” celebrated its one hundredth anniversary October 2008.

Dr. Bronson believed in allowing the Lord to lead him as he led the people of God. Undoubtedly, God still has some things in store for Dr. Bronson as a leader and the congregation as a whole if they keep their eyes on the prize.

Dr. Bronson was very supportive of the young people in the church and has motivated them to take on multiple responsibilities and active roles in the ministry's growth. He believes in allowing members of all ages to utilize their expertise, talents, and interest in the service of the Lord. Many organizations, programs, and activities have also been developed as a result of his genuine interest in problems related to social, psychological, health, and personal concerns.
